Companies will want to email you loan documents and many will not accept any other kind of printed documents. Another thing is get to know where all your local couriers' are. It comes up frequently that a company will ask you to drop off the loan documents at a FedEx or UPS.
A signing company usually works directly for one or two specific loan companies. The companies they work for have many signings that need to be completed all over the country. You can get a lot of signings from these companies but they are not going to pay as much as working for the lender directly. Each company usually has an application you can fill out to work for them. Get a copy of your commission and E & O insurance ready because they are going to ask you to fax it to them along with their application.
